Assistant Manager - Senior
Assistant Manager in Centre for Employability will provide support in planning, executing, and monitoring employability-related programs, while building strong linkages between students, departments, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with academic departments to plan and implement Corporate Internship and Learn While You Earn (LWYE) programs.
- Manage program schedules and timelines to ensure smooth and timely execution of all employability initiatives.
- Coordinate campus visits and engagement activities with partner organizations to support MOUs and strategic partnerships
- Identify and approach local and international organizations for potential collaborations related to student placement and industry linkages.
- Facilitate visits from industry representatives, officials, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee content creation and ensure consistent updates on official Centre for Employability social media platforms.
- Provide support with documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from HEC Recognized Institute/University
- 2-3 Years relevant experience
